愛・地球博開幕１年前イベント

２００４年３月２１日愛・地球博開幕１年前を記念して瀬戸市文化センターで
｢おもてなしと器と食｣と題してイベントが行われました。
広場でもいろいろな催しが行われていました、このうち、万博の趣旨に関連して
いると思われ、かつ魅力的な企画が中日新聞瀬戸販売店会で実施されていました。
即ち、新聞のチラシだけで、建築物などの模型を創るという企画（写真参照）。
また、同日、｢瀬戸蔵｣オープン１年前フェスタが｢瀬戸電イベント in せと｣と題して、
瀬戸市の商店街や宮川モールなどで行われました。例えば、銀座通り商店街では
鉄道模型のジオラマが展示、運転されていました。
An event titled "hospitality, container and appetite" was held at Seto City Cultural Center
on March 21, 2004 commemorating one year before The 2005 World Exposition, Aichi, Japan,
"Love, Exposition of Globe" .
Various events were held at an open space. Among them, an atractive event was the one
held by Seto Distributor Association of "Chunichi Shinbun" (or Chunichi Press) . In this event,
models such as buildings were made by only leaflets inserted in newspapers. This was closely
related to nature's wisdom, basic idea of The 2005 World Exposition, Aichi.
On this day, a festival of one year before opening of "Setogura" was held at shopping streets
or a parking lot of Miyagawa Mall in Seto City, titling "Setoden Event in Seto" (Setoden
means "electric train" run by private railway company, Meitetsu Co.). For example, georama
(or diorama) for railway model was exhibited at a shopping street of "Ginza-doori (or street)",and
miniature trains were running there.
