9月29日～10月1日は’来る福招き猫まつり’。各会場で催し（全て無料）が行なわれました。
瀬戸市民会館　　　　⇒”平成の招き猫100人展”

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　フランソワーズ・モレシャン講演会”招き猫と私”

期間中、各会場を巡る無料シャトルバス”せとらんぜ号”が又、日曜日のみ、
ボンネットバス”ボン太号”（無料）もシャトルバスと同じコースを走りました。
その他、招き猫スタンプラリー（有料￥３００→まる’福’グッズプレゼント）
福福ランチ、招き猫立体ぬりえ体験コーナー等、大人から子供まで愉しいイベントが一杯。

瀬戸市マルチメディア伝承工芸館は本館・古窯館・交流館から成っており、次の写真は

During the period, shuttle buses move around each place free of charge.
In addition, various events such as stamp rally, special discount lunch,
experiend of stereoscopic line drawing for coloring in Good Luck Catching-Cats
are prepared for enjoyment from children to adults.

The above Seto Municipal Center consists of main hall, old kiln(Kogama)
house and exchange hall. The following photos are:
１ Old kiln called 'Kogama' (which is a kind of ascending kilns called
　 Noborigama) exhibited at the old kiln house
２ Exchange hall for the purpose of passing down Seto Sometsuke technique

＊ Seto Sometsuke means drawing precise picture like Indian ink painting in
　　one continuous stroke of brush on bisque.

瀬戸染付焼と瀬戸染付研修所：（瀬戸市マルチメディア伝承工芸館のパンフレットの抜粋と要約）

瀬戸染付の特徴は没骨技法（もっこつ）と呼ばれる、付立筆で一気に素焼陶器に絵を描く絵付けにあります。
この技法は江戸時代後期に瀬戸を訪れた、横井金谷（きんこく）や伊豆原麻谷（いずはらまこく）などの
本画家によってもたらされ、彼らの指導により発達した瀬戸染付の絵付は画布に見たてられた素地に
呉須の濃淡で水墨画のような、繊細で緻密な絵を描くものです。その画題には、山水や花鳥などの自然の
風物が好まれ、写実的で華麗な絵付は、日本国内だけでなく、海外でも人気を集めました。
しかし、大正時代以降、産業技術の発達に伴い、瀬戸の染付製造技術も量産的な方向に進んでいき、
手作り・手描きによる技術は衰退していきました。
瀬戸染付研修所では、瀬戸染付の伝統技術を保存・継承していく人材を育成するとともに、その製作風景を
公開したり、映像等の情報を全国に発信し、瀬戸染付の普及・啓蒙を行います。
