国際交流フェスタ２００５International Exchange Festa 2005

瀬戸市の｢パルティせと｣で｢国際交流フェスタ２００５｣が次の通り行われました。
"International Exchange Festa 2005" was held at "Parti Seto" in Seto City on
December 17, 2005.

２００５年１２月１８日付中日新聞朝刊｢なごや東版｣に次のように紹介されています：
East Nagoya version of newspaper issued by The Chunichi Shimbun of
December 18, 2005 introduced as follows:

｢愛・地球博で国際交流の楽しさを体験した市民らに、自分にできる国際交流、協力
を考えてもらう場にしようと、瀬戸市国際センターは国際交流フェスタを開いた。
市民１０００人余りが詰め掛け、にぎわった｣と。
Seto City International Center provided citizen of Seto and its environs with an
opportunity where they will think of international exchange or cooperation they can
do. They experienced the pleasure of international exchange in "2005 World Exposition,
Aichi, Japan". About 1,000 citizen gathered at this International Exchange Festa 2005.

アリーナの中と外で３８団体・個人のブースが配置されていました。
大学の出展は南山大学・中部大学の留学生の展示や名古屋産業大学の
｢みどりの協力隊｣。　
Booth for 38 groups and individuals were arranged inside and outside of this area.
Foreign students at Nanzan University and Chubu University in Seto and its environs
exhibited foods, and "Green Cooperation Party" of Nagoya Sangyo University
exhibited environment-improving program.

瀬戸英語ボランティア・グループのブースは５階アリーナ入ってすぐ正面で非常に
良い場所にありました。抽選でそうなったようです。
Booth for "Seto English Volunteers (SEV)" was located at the very good place just
in front of gate of and inside of the arena. The location seemed to be decided by
drawing lots.

南山大学総合政策学部２年の留学生中国青海省のチャン・ピンさん演ずる
チベット舞踏は素晴らしかったです。　ご本人・衣装・踊りと非常に調和がとれていて、
一瞬、プロと錯覚するくらい魅力的でした。　ご本人の了解を得て、近くで撮らせて
いただきました。
Tibet Dance by Ms Chang Pin, Chinese student of the sophomore class in the Faculty of
Synthetic Policy at Nanzan University was marvelous. The person herself, costume
and dancing were well matched. They were so attractive that I was under the
impression in an instant that she was professional. After confirming her, I took
a photograph of her.

｢国際交流フェスタ２００５大交流会｣の最後を飾るマレーシアのクアンタン市歌舞団の
実演はさすがにプロで圧巻でした。　実演終了後は客席に降りて、来場者と一緒に
踊りをされ、サービス精神旺盛でファンになりました。
前記中日新聞で知りましたが，万博マレーシア館で踊りを披露されました。
A performer who appeared in the last number on the day's program of "International
Exchange Festa 2005" was dance of Malaysian "Quantan (?) City Dance Group"
The dancing was the highlight of the day's event. After the dancing, the performers
got off the stage and danced with those present, showing splendid hospitality.
I came to know through The Chunichi Shimbun that they performed the dancing at
Malaysian pavilion in "2005 World Exposition, Aichi, Japan"
