その他の瀬戸の風景５

今日は終戦記念日。愛犬レオを散歩させながら、写真を撮りました。
１　愛知県瀬戸税務署の近くの高台から南西方面を見下ろし、夕焼けがきれいで思わずパチリ。
２　市内の子供達が作った陶製の動物等の絵を瀬戸川の堤防沿いに張りつけ、一体となった壁画。
３　陶土採掘場（別名、瀬戸グランドキャニオン。釜神神社から北方面を見下ろしたもの。
　　映画全盛期の4７年程前には時代劇のロケ地ともなった）
４　釜神神社（瀬戸市の陶磁気産業の隆盛への最初で最大の貢献者である加藤民吉
　　（いわゆる磁祖）を祭ってある。
Today is the anniversary of the end of World War II . Taking a walk with my pet dog, Leo
(beagle dog) for about 2 hours, I take photos.
１　 Looking down towards south-east from the elevated place near Aichi Prefecture Tax Office
　　in Seto city, the color of sunset is so beautiful that I took the photo.
２　 Children in Seto city produced small peices of illustrated pottery showing animal, etc.
　　which are combined into painted wall along with the bank of Set river.
３　 China clay mining place(called as Seto Canyon by local people modeling after
　　Grand Canyon in USA; The photo is taken, looking down towards south-west from
　　 Pottery God Shrine. About 47 years ago(the golden days of movie; at those days,
　　 many movies showed the community of Edo-era from 1600 through 1867 when
　　 Japanese warriors took active parts)　Seto Canyon was used as the location of
　　 such movie.
４　 Kamagami Shrine (literally translated as Pottery God Shrine)
　　 (Mr.Tamikichi Kato is worshipped in this shrine as the first and most contributor to
　　 prosperity of　Seto pottery industry)
