クリスマス会Christmas Party[

2004年12月11日、瀬戸英語ボランティア・グループは、ジャクリーヌさんをお迎えし
クリスマス会を催しました。　25名位が参加しました。
Seto English volunteer group invited Ms. Jacqueline and held Christmas party on
December 11, 2004. 　About 25 people participated.

ジャクリーヌさんはオーストラリアの大学で英語指導の学士号、又、教育管理の修士号を
取られました。メルボルンやシンガポールの大学でも教鞭をとられ、現在は愛知県の大学で
言語としての英語やオーストラリア等について教鞭をとられています。
She took the bachelor's degree of English guidance and the Master's degree of educational
management at the university in Australia.
She taught at the university in Melbourne, Australia and in Singapore. She teaches about
English as the language and Australia, etc. at the university in Aichi Prefecture now.

ジャクリーヌさん手製のケーキがクリスマス会にプレゼントされました。
これは、クリスマスにオーストラリアで食べるケーキで名前は「White Christmas」です。

Her handmade cake was presented to Christmas party. It is a cake eaten at Christmas in
Australia and the name is "White Christmas".

非常に甘くフルーツが一杯入っていておいしかったです。
It was full of fruit and very sweet and dellicious.

彼女はプロのシンガーと錯覚するほどの美声の持ち主でクリスマスソングを独唱、その後、
オーストラリア、スペイン、スエーデン、アメリカのクリスマスの話し等をわかりやすくされました。
Her voice is sweet as if it was the one of professional Singer. She sang the Christmas song solo.
After that, she talked about Christmases in Australia, Spain, Sweden, and the United States

質問についても、丁寧に応答され、クリスマス会が盛り上がりました。
She politely responded to questions, and Christmas party got into swing.

最後はボランティア・グループのメンバーが「Happy Christmas (War Is Over)」を合唱し、
お開きとなりました。
The member of the group of volunteers chorused "Happy Christmas(War Is Over)" at the end,
and the the party was closed.
