｢ポトラックパーティー　at 尾張旭市｣"Potluck Party in Owariasahi City"

２００５年９月３日瀬戸市の東隣の尾張旭市に隣接する名古屋市守山区にある
バングラディッシュのトリクさんの住居で英語ボランティアの仲間がポトラックパーティー
を行いました。
Associates of English volunteer held a Potluck party at residence of Mr Torik at
Moriyama-ku, Nagoya-shi which adjoins Owariasahi-shi, east of Seto city on
September 3, 2005.

みんなで食物・飲み物・デザート・料理品を持ち寄り、一方トリクさんは
バングラディッシュ固有のスイーツ（写真参照）、自ら料理されたチキンカレー
や温サラダ等で歓待してくれました（写真参照）。
They gathered at the party each bringing with them foods, drinks, desserts, and
cooking articles, and, on the other hand, Mr. Torik welcomed with sweets peculiar
to Bangladesh , and chicken curry and warm salad he cooked (See photo).

トリクさんは、来日前の自国での生活、大学時代（政治学専攻）の政治活動、
社会人になってから国会議員に最年少で立候補した時の新聞記事やポスター
や写真などにつき説明してくれました　（写真参照）。
He explained about a life at his own country before a visit to Japan, and the
political activity in his university days (majoring in politics) and newspaper
article and poster when running for a member of Parliament of Bangladesh at
the youngest after becoming a member of society (See photo).

バングラディッシュでは立候補者のポスターは白黒と決められているようです。
It seems that a candidate's poster must be black and white in Bangladesh.

現在、彼は日本に留学し比較社会文化政治学を勉強されていますが、自国では、
ジャーナリストの職に就かれています。　日本で勉強し、自国のために役立ちたい
という志を立てられています。
Although he studies comparison social culture politics in Japan, he engaged in
journalist's job at his country. He intends to be useful for his country.
