●1 General situation and problems on the U.S., EU, China, South Korea, etc

China and South Korea are increasing tension drastically against Japan.
EU and the U.S. do not blame China and South Korea on provocative and
unforgivable act done by the both country to Japan.

China and South Korea do not understand the right history. In addition, China and
South Korea are fabricating history. Their recognition of history are not based on
evidences or fact.

What lawless and lies-telling barbarian countries they are. Such countries must
exluded from advanced and democratic countries.

Saying right things and not fabricating story are principle for human beings to keep.
The principle are not kept by China and South Korea.

For example, the claim by China and Korea on carting off of South Korean girls
against their will during the world warⅡ is originated from a novel written by a
journalist belonging to Japanese left wing thinking newspaper, Asahi Shinbun. It was
found later that the journalist wrote the novel only with imagination and without
visiting South Korea and without collecting facts.

Japan and National Archives and Records Administration of the U.S.have no
documents that Japanese Military was engaed in carting off of South Korean girls
against their will during the world warⅡ.

And China and South Korea have neither evidences nor documents on the existence
of the carting off.

Irrespective of non-existence of evidence and based on South Korean's wrong
historical recognition, stupid Park, president of South Korea, is conducting scandal
monger diplomacy against Japan together with China all over the world.

China, South Korea and North Korea use any means to sponge on Japan for money
since they hold grudge against Japan permanenntly.

For example, at panel discussion of UN Security Council on January 30, 2014,
China, South Korea and North Korea insulted Japanese Prime Minister of
Abe's visit to Yasuku shrine. In reply to this offensive, Mr. Suga, chief cabinet secretary
of Japan, argued as follows:

"This panel discussion is hold to the effect that how to achieve reconciliation on
the basis of historical recognition shared for lasting peace, and not to criticize certain
country. It is extremely regrettable for China, South Korea and North Korea to
criticize Japan's historical recognition on the panel discusson."
(Mr. Suga did not dare argue that South Korea and China are fabricating
wrong history. Mr. Suga's argument is completely right.)

This offensive was caused from the background that stupid South Korean is in office
of Secretary General of the United Nations. South Korea is unmatured and
non-democratic country, and also, South Korea do not contribute so much funding
to the world body.
It is strange that South Korean is in office of Secretary General of the United Nations.
Maybe, Strong lobbying activity did it.
The Secretary General's staff are occupied with South Korean.
This South Korean is said to be the worst-ever Secretary General of the United Nations.

China, South Korea and North Korea (referred to "3 evil brothers" hereafter)
use any means to sponge on Japan for money since they hold grudge against
Japan permanenntly.

Spirit of international cooperation is trivial matter for 3 evil brothers.
Rather than the spirit of international cooperation, grudge and sponge are much more
important for 3 evil brothers. In addition, although China and South Korea have been
conducting anti-Japan education without evidences, they can't back out such education
and no-evidence insistence. China and South Korea are historically the worst countries.
They are worse than North Korea.

●2 Example of provocative and unforgivable act by China and South Korea to Japan:
①South Korea and China jointly constructed the museum of terrorist, Ahn Jung-geun
Mr. Hirofumi Itoh,first prime minister in Japan, is the first founder of constitutionalism
framework(*) in Asia and the first secretary who controlled South Korea.

*Constitutionalism aimes to restrict public power and to protect people's rights and freedom.

South Korean nationalism activist,Ahn Jung-geun assassinated Mr. Itoh at Harbin, China
in 1909. Ahn Jung-geun is terrorist and was executed.
South Korea suggests China to build a museum to warship the terrorist, and South Korea
and China jointly constructed the museum.
Such building is unforgivable act to provoke Japan.

②South Korea is sponging and lawless country.
South Korean is claiming and sponging on Japanese enterprises for money for having
been engaged in forced labor during world war Ⅱ. Court of South Korea support the
claiming and sponging.
All such claims have been settled completey by the Treaty on Basic Relations
between Japan and the Republic of Korea of 1965.
On the basis of the Treaty, Japan paid to South Korean government the monetary
compensation of 800 million US dollars which amount to more than twice the national
budget of South Korea at that time. The treasy stipulates that all individual compensation
as well as all state compensation have been settled completely with the payment.
Rapid economic growth called Miracle on the Han River in South Korea were realized
thanks to the compensation from Japan plus 3.6 billion dollars (300 billion dollars in terms
of the present price value) of ODA (Official Development Assistance).
In addition to the above monetary compensation plus 3.6 billion dollars, wartime governance
by Japan, South Korea's infrastructure improvement by Japan and financial and technical
cooperation by Japan during world war Ⅱ facilitate postwar economic growth of South
Korea at an accelerating pace.

South Korean government never tell such history to the citizen.
On the contrary, South Korean courts still order such after-war compensation
to Japanese enterprises. Obviously South Korean government and courts do not
recognize history correctly and are continuing to violate international law
just like China.

South Korea is lawless country and its courts judge cases by national sentiments.

③The fact is South Korean so-called comfort women were prostitute.
Despite the fact, South Korean groups erecting statues of so-called comfort women
at the U.S. as well as South Korea.

South Korean anti-Japan groups supported by South Korean gouvernement are
erecting statues called comfort women at the U.S. as well as South Korea.

So-called comfort women of South Korea during the World War II should read prostitute.
Even at present, South Korea is prostitute-infested country.
5％ of GDP in South Korea is achieved by prostitute today.
In addition, many South Korean are engaged in sexually oriented business in Japan.
Japanese are worried about sexual disease caused by South Korean prostitutes
who stay in Japan.

South Korean so-called comfort women during the World War II were paid for
their service and wearing flashy clothes which ordinary South Korean people
became jealous for.
South Korean government do not want the fact to be disclosed, and made it
secret. The secret is that South Korean women were doing sex for money during
the war. That is to say, the women were prostitute, not comfort women.

And, Japan and National Archives and Records Administration in the U.S. have no evidence
that show Japanese military brought in South Korean women against their will for so-called
comfort service. Korea also have no evidence of such bringing in. Only old South Korean
women said, "We were comfort women". There is no believability in this women saying.

As a result of Japanese having conducted a field survey in South Korea, all South
Korean concerned did not attest the truth of Japanese military's bringing in
South Korean women against their will for so-called comfort service.
Despite all the above, old South Korean women said,"We were comfort women".
There is no believability in this women saying.

Speech of former chief cabinet secretary, Mr. Kohno in 1993 by sloppy investigation
admitted the existence of comfort women, but did not indicate the cart off of South
Korean women by Japanese military against their will. (Mr. Kohno's Speech must be reviewed
with the fact and evidence.

Speech of former Prime Minister Murayama in 1995 admitted colonial occupation and
incursion of South Korean peninsula, but did not refer to the cart off of South Korean
women by Japanese military against their will.

A Japanese man wrote a novel about the cart off of South Korean women by
Japanese military against their will without field survey in South Korea.

A series of fabricated reports that the cart off of South Korean women by
Japanese military against their will existed were written by former press person,
Mr.Uemura of Asahi Shinbun newspaper. Mr. Uemura will leave the newspaper earlier
than his retirement age in March, 2014, and is expected to be a professor at a univercity
at Kobe in Japan. When a reporter of weekly,"Shuukan Bunshun" sought Mr.Uemura
the explanation of the fabricated reports, Mr.Uemura fiercely ran away and
got on a taxi.

Without evidence as above mentioned, old South Korean women and South Korean
government are speaking loud publicly the existence of the cart off of South
Korean women by Japanese military against their will.
It is a case of extreme lawless country.

In the meantime, the existence of comfort women controlled by South Korea
millitary is obvious.
Ms. Yu Sun Hi,member of opposition party, Democrat made public the documents
and evidence at Women Family Committee in South Korean Diet hold on
November 6, 2013 that trafficking of women was led organizationally for the
U.S.millitary in "Base village" by South Korean government.
Ms. Cho Yun Son, Secretary of Women Family Department, got the documents
and evidence from South Korean National Record Institute for Ms. Yu Sun Hi.

Furthermore, father of Park Geun Hye, president of South Korea managed
"comfort women" for US troops in South Korea.

Korean Anti-Prostitution Act prohibits trafficking of women, but Korean government
gives endorsement to prostitution for US troops.
A Document made in 1977 shows that 9935 prostitutes were living in
62 places(called "Base village") throughout Korea and the policy of
environ's improvement such as countermeasures to guard the prostitutes
against sexually transmitted diseases and the construction of special
apartment for prostitutes. And the document was signed by Pak Jeong-hui,
then Korean president and father of Park Geun Hye.
Park Geun Hye,father of present Korean president headed dictatorial
government for long period (1963-1979), and was also leader of brothels.

Open the history of comfort women in Korean government, and people in the world
easily can understand that Korean government has no right to criticize Japan.
What's worse, almost all Korean people have not been learning right history
and Park Geun Hye is appealing to leaders of foreign countries that Japanese
government behavior is wrong by bringing about the issue of the comfort women.
Apparently the appeal of Park Geun Hye is nonsense.
To be blamed is Korean government which does not recognize right history
and continues anti-Japanese education.

The U.S. should notice as early as possible the truth of who South Korean is.
South Korea continues to tell a lie and speak badly of Japan to the world
in order to work off a grudge due to inferiority in view of both culture and
technology rathan than Japan's wartime governance.
Both South Korean and Chinese may believe that telling lies 100 times makes lies
truth. South Korea in conspiracy with China begins to bolster up
"bandit" to Japan.

South Korea finally reveal its real character, "bandit".
That is shameful national character.
Even if South Korea is one of allied countries of the U.S., both Japan and the U.S.
shall not indulge South Korea.
Diplomatic relation until now between Japan and South Korea, and between
Japan and China have been repetition of "Japan's tolerant concession" and
"dependence of South Korea and China". From now on, Japan should face
them in firm attitude. That is to say, Japan shall neither apologize nor make
concessions for lies such as the existence of the cart off of South Korean women
by Japanese military against their will and 1937'Nanjing Incident. Japan condemn
definitely that lies are lies. Japan should launch immediately public relations
campaign to the world for South Korea and China's libeling against Japan.

●3 What EU and The U.S. should do:
EU and the U.S. must condemn both South Korea and China for such
provocative acts such as:
①Construction of the museum of terrorist,Ahn Jung-geun,
②South Korea's sponging on Japanese enterprises for money
③South Korea is erecting statues of so-called comfort women although
the comfort women of South Korea during World War II should read prostitute.
The U.S. as well as Japan have no evidence which show that Japanese military
brought in South Korean women against their will.

Even at present, South Korea is prostitute-infested country.

Furthermore, there is evidence that father of Park Geun Hye,
president of South Korea managed "comfort women" for US troops
in South Korea.

●4 Political attitude of USA and Japan's handling to the U.S. one
To our regret, the U.S. places more priority on the economic interest rather than
right things. So, Japan may not be able to expect the U.S. to insist on right things
and to protest China and South Korea. The reason are as follows:

South Korea and China are scandalmongers to have been continuing to defame
Japan on the basis of fabricated history. The U.S. seems to begin to think that
South Korea-fabricating history is true.
Since the U.S. have only superficial knowledge on history around Asia, the U.S. may
not be able to find out which argument of parties concerened about history is right.
Therefore, Japan may not be able to expect the U.S.to insist on right things
and to protest China and South Korea.
The U.S. insists China is the most important parter in view of marketing.
Further, South Korea and China have been continuing to defame Japan on the basis of
fabricated history.
Under the above circumstances, the U.S. suggests compromise between Japan and
South Korea. But it is obvious for Japan not to compromise.
If the U.S. intends to suggest seriously the compromise between Japan and
South Korea, the U.S. must get to know more about wrongdoing of the both
South Korea and China.
Under the right knowledge the U.S. must condemn South Korean of such
wrongdoing and advise South Korea to stop such wrongdoing.

China and South Korea always use anti-Japan behaviors when their domestic situation
is instable and when wind against their administration blows strongly. Although the U.S.
is aware of the fact of such anti-Japan behaviors of China and South Korea,
the U.S. is generous to a fault of anti-Japan behaviors until now.

The U.S. must condemn both China and South Korea of their wrongdoing such as
①Construction of the museum of terrorist,Ahn Jung-geun,
②South Korea's sponging on Japanese enterprises for money
③South Korea is erecting statues of so-called comfort women although the women of
South Korea during World War II should read prostitute.

Legislators of some states of the U.S. have been influenced badly by
South Korean-American propaganda campaign to defame Japan,
and state bills for electing statues of so-called comfort women (which
really means "prostitute") have been passed in several states.
By this erection of the statue, Japanese children in the states are suffering from
bullying. Japan must not support any South Korean children in Japan.

The U.S. easily critisize Japan on Japanese prime minister's visit of
Yasukuni, but does not critisize statues of comfort women (which
really means "prostitute") and construction of the museum of terrorist,
Ahn Jung-geun. So, unfortunately,Japan cannot rely on sense of justice of
the U.S.

<Japan's handling>
South Korea and China are scandalmongers to have been continuing to defame
Japan to the world on the basis of fabricated history under the cooperation
between the public and private sectors.
The U.S. insisted in view of political and economic situation that Japan is the most
important partner, and now insisits that China is the most important partner.
In other words, the U.S. is changing the most important partner depending on the times.
Japan and Russia have mutually complementary relationship, and Russia is very
important for Japan geopolitically and in view of energy supply. In addition, Japanese
and Russian respect mutually and feel a sense of affinity. Therefore Japan
should make economic cooperation relation with Russia as the most important relation.

South Korea has been lobbying Europe and the U.S. to defame Japan based
on concoction stories under the cooperation between the public and private sectors.
South Korea's usual practice is to delude someone into thinking as if a lie is
true by repeating a lie a number of times.
Europeans and North Americans, who do not know much right history about Asia,
sometimes seem to be brainwashed and start to think the lie may be true.

So, to counter the lobbying, Japan must show evidence and send message abroad
as well as Europe and the U.S. how such concoction stories are not based on facts.

Democracy matured country, Japan has been very torelant of unmatured
countries such as China and South Korea. From now on, Japan must
no longer dandle them even if they are unmatured countries.
Japan must tell them the right thing and let them understand the right thing.
If they can not understand the right thing, Japan must take a tough line with
them. In other words, Japan shows the right thing with action.

South Korean-Americans have been lobbying state legislatures in the U.S.
to defame Japan based on concoction stories under the cooperation
between the public and private sectors. As a result, the poorly informed and
brainwashed state legislatures voted for a bill which change the name
of internationally approved name of "Sea of Japan" into "East Sea".
The stupid state legislatures are those in New York state, Virginia state and
New Jersey state. "Sea of Japan" and "East Sea" will be shown on school textbook
in those states.

The brainwashed lawmakers in the state legislatures must recognize
lack of internaional common knowledge and resign from office.

Japan does not need to show a permissive attitude to contries who ignore
right history and international laws and act out of only their own
convenience and economic interest.

If president of the U.S. pay his respects at cemetery of American military men,
who atomic bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, then the U.S is unqualified to
criticize Mr. Abe's visit to Yasukuni shrine.

●5 Sea Shepherd interrupts Japan's investigation whaling -
Neither the U.S. nor Australia nor New Zealand criticize the interruption.

Anti-whaling group,Sea Shepherd interrupts Japan's investigation whaling which is
approved in international treaty.
To our suprise, governments of Australia and New Zealand accept the interruption.
Japan regularly check the balance of the environment in the sea so that ecological
system may not be disturbed by too proliferously growing of whales.

Japan had no custom to eat cow in the past. The custom to each meat has been
introduced since the introduction of Western civilization into Japan around 1868.
Japanese were suprised at such cruel thing of eating meat.

Taiji, Wakayama prefecture has been whaling as a way to live for more than
400 years. People at Taiji has been thanking to whale and holding a memorial
service for the whale.

A film "Cove" features dolphin slaughter, accuses the Japanese dolphin hunts
and appeal the cruelty to all over the world.
The film wins the Academy Award in the field of documentary.　
The judging committee have either ignorance on each country's culture
or discrimination on countries'culture outside Europe and the U.S.
The committee member should have deep understanding on each country's
culture.

The U.S. supports the global moratorium on commercial whaling and are concerned
with both the humaneness of whaling and sustainability of ecological system.
Japan regularly check the balance of the environment in the sea through the
investigation whaling.

The humaneness on killing and eating mammal is commented as follows:

★ Humaneness on killing and eating mammal including whales

Europe,the United States and Australia have been eating animals such as
cow or horse or kangaroo since the birth of the countries. They have
been neither expressing thanks to the animals nor holding memorial services
for the animals. In addition, when comparing the weight and quantity in the
animals and whale, those of the animals are definitely superior.
If a film, featuring slaughter of cow, horse and kangaroo just like whale,
is made and presented to public all over the world, what situation will
happen? Which is more cruel?
People in China and South Korea eat dog and cat. How about such eating?
Do Animal Protection Association in Europe,the United States, New Zealand
and Australia approve the slaughter of cow and kangaroo?

People in Taiji capture minimum quantity of whale to live, and express
thanks to the whale and hold memorial service for the whale. This is
culture for Taiji and Japan.

On the other hand, cow and horse are pastured for commercial production
just like a legitimate right in Europe, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
The cow is eaten on a massive scale all over the world.
They do not hold memorial service for cow and horse.

The culture and custom is different in Japan and the others such as
Europe,the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Taiji(Japan) express thanks to the whale and hold memorial service for it.
The other countries do not hold memorial service for cow and horse.
Which countries are humane? Obviously Taiji(Japan) is.

In the meantime, Catholic missionaries came to Japan to introduce Christianity
in 16th century, and brought the custome to eat cow and horse.
At the time, Japanese had no custom to eat cow and horse. Cow and
horse were served to cultivate soil or carry heavy luggage in Japan.

●6 Foreign countries are not allowd to interfere in another country's
domestic affairs such as visit to Yasukuni shrine.

Foreign countries are not allowd to interfere in another country's matter about
religion and faith since the visit to Yasukuni shrine is concerning religion and faith.

There are various opinions in Japan about Yasukuni shrine where the war dead
and class-A war criminals should be enshrined collectively or Class A war criminals
should be separately enshrined in the other shrine.

I think Class A war criminals should be separately enshrined in the other shrine,
so I never go to the shrine.

There is a proverb that History is written by the winners.
As the proverb goes, Yasukuni shrine has been founded for enshrining winners of
a war between Japan's feudal government and coalition of local governments
such as Kagosima Pref., Yamaguchi Pref., Kouchi Pref. and Saga Pref.
The winner is the coalition of local governments. Therefor no war dead of feudal
government were enshrined in Yasukuni shrine.

Class-A war criminals were convicted by court of allied countries such as the U.S.,
England, France and so force on charge of being most responbile for war.
If the allied countries were defeated, Class-A war criminals were convicted,
the criminals were buried at a cemetery collectively with ordinary dead, and
a president of the U.S. visited to the cemetery, what would victory country,
Japan do? Japan would not interfere in internal affairs of the visit.

Murderer of civilian must be convicted on charges of murder even during war
according to internatinal law. Therefore parties concerned, who odered air raid
on Japan's mainland and dropping of atomic bomb on Hirosima and Nagasaki
which produced millions of dead and injured, must be convicted on charges of
murder. Japan was defeated and did not accuse them of murder.
Japan was wrong. Japan should have accused them of murder. But Japan does
not accuse, aiming at permanent peaseful country.

●7 South Korea is lawless country having national character of bandit
and animosity

South Korea, like China, makes or fakes laws and government policy based on
national sentiments.
On the basis of the Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of
South Korea in the year of 1965, Japan paid to South Korean government the war
compensation which amount to more than twice the national budget of South Korea
at that time and South Korea said that it never seeks for further compensation.
The treaty stipulates that all individual compensation as well as all state
compensation have been settled completely with the payment.

Nevertheless, South Korean companies sponge on Japanese private enterprises
for war compensation money. South Korean courts uphold the sponging.
Unbelievable! What a lawless,bandit,ignorant,unmatured and undemocratic
country South Korea is. South Korea is ineligible for member of international society.

The above lawless and bandit situation are accounted for by anti-Japan
education based on fabricated wrong history since several hundred years ago.

South Korea government must inform its public, with the school textbook or
other media, of its economic development by war compensation from
Japan and of the complete settlement of the compensation according
to the treaty.

According to the treaty, South Korean government obviously must pay
South Korean companies their compensation for compulsory labor
during the war.

South Korea government have not been informing its public of right history, and
to make things worse, South Korea government have been fabricating
wrong history convenient for itself in order to shift the responsibility
for domestic political and economic situation to anti-Japan sentiment
which has been led by South Korean government.

Despite the complete settlement of public and private compensation as above
shown, if South Korean companies seek for further compensation to Japanese
companies and South Korean government does not tell its citizen that
South Korean have no right to seek public and private compensation
from Japan, Japan state flatly that South Korea violates international
law and ignores the treaty, and Japan should completely sever
diplomatic ties with Korea.

South Korean so-called comfort women during World War II should read
prostitute.
Because, the comfort women were paid and wore flashy clothes and
ordinary South Korean felt envious of the women.
Therefore, bronze statues for the comfort women mean "prostitute".

South Korean are shamelessly erecting the statues of "prostitute" in
the U.S. as well as South Korea, and are spreading its own dishonor worldwide.

Due to animosity arising from inferiority to Japan, South Korea are
fabricating wrong history. The cause that the relation between Japan and
South Korea has not been improved is the animosity.

Although the war compensation was completely settled in accordance with
the treaty, South Korean prostitutes are sponging on Japan for
the war compensation with indefinitely lasting animosity for Japan.

South Korean Government has been claiming the existence of
carting off of South Korean girls against their will during the war
on the basis of Speech of former chief cabinet secretary, Mr. Kohno
in 1993 (See "Background of Mr. Kohno's Speech and Japan's concession"
for the background of Mr. Kohno's speech of 1993).

This kind of claiming does not go away unless South Korean Government stops
fabricating wrong history, and educate its citizen right history.

Japan can not expect appearance of South Koreans who make right statement
as follows:
" South Korean Government fabricated history" or "There are no evidences
that Japan' military carted off South Korean girls against their will during the war".

South Korean are imprinted in their subconscious mind as if lie is like
true by false stories being repeated a number of times and brainwashed.

It is important that history must be reviewed on the basis of evidence. South
Korean can not understand the importance since they are helplessly unmatured.

Japan have always extended South Korea various assistance in techonological
and financial fields to make South Korea improve its economic situation
since the war. South Korean have never expressed their appreciation
to Japan for the assistance.

Considering South Korean climate or culture which ignores the promise

South Korean nationality which violates principle of good faith,
Japanese should rarefy relation with South Korea as soon as possible.

South Korea is,like China, make laws and policy(domestic and foreign) based on
national sentiments and political situation.

South Korea refuse the entry to South Korea of people in foreign countries who
allege right history which are inconvenient for South Korea.

South Korean female professor in a Japanese university was recently
refused entry to South Korea in its customs irrespective of right formalities
because she is alleging right history.

The above refusal is one of the many examples which the whole of South Korea
try to hide right history.

South Korean governmenmt fabricates history to the advantage of its
governmenmt, and on the basis of fabricated history, its schools'textbooks
unilaterally explain Takeshima island and so-called comfort women.

South Korea understands Takeshima island belongs to Japan lawfully and historically.
Japan has suggested several times South Korea that Takeshima issue be referred
to International Court of Justice.
But South Korea has been rejecting the suggestion.

The reason is International Court of Justice make a fair ruling in the issue
based on evidence. It means that South Korea's lying until now are published
and South Korea lose reliance from its citizen completely.
South Korea knows it will be defeated in the court.

Japanese cultural assets in Japan have been frequently stolen organizationally and

Background of false statements by South Korean old women

Takashi Uemura, reporter of "English Asahi Shimbun" Japan's newspaper
fabricated news item, saying Imperial Japanes Army cart off
South Korean women and made them serve as sex slave against their will.
South Korea feels jealous of Japan and continuing anti-Japan education
since the birth of the nation. So, this fabricated news item give
strong ammunition to South Korean against Japan.
To our surprise, mother-in-law of Takashi Uemura was South Korean.
False and fabricated statements by South Korean old women was made
through hearing from South Korean old women chosen by a South Korean
Association, 'Korea Volunteer Corps Problem Countermeasure Council'.
This association is hosted by mother-in-law of Takashi Uemura.
This association is sueing Japanese Government over that Japanese army
carted off so-called comfort women for sex serve to the army. The fact
is the women were prostitutes paid by the service, not comfort women.

Wife of Takashi Uemura is South Korean, and his mother-in-law is head
of plaintiff of the lawsuit. So, he fabricated story that Japanese army
carted off South Korean girls for sex serve against their will during
world warⅡ in order to give the plaintiff an edge on the lawsuit. Uemura
is traitor to Japan.

"English Asahi Shimbun" newspaper company is a stupid company who seems
to find motivation in attacking Japan from the viewpoints of yob countries,
South Korea and China.
"English Asahi Shimbun" is an incompetent newspaper company which
can not gain an insight into the fabricated report nor check.

Japanese peope are generous and calm, and Japan is a country with
freedom of speech and thought. Therefore, such reporter and newspaper
company that fabricated story can survive in Japan.
If report, saying that South Korean or Chinese army carted off other
countrie's girls for sex serve against their will, is writen, what happen to
South Korea or China? The reporter will be immediately detained,
abused and wil die in prison.

Human-rights violation is everyday affairs and almost all civil-rights
activists are detained and abused in prisons in yob countries such as
South Korea and China. Even if reports are fabricated or activities violate
law in South Korea, those reports or activity are allowed provided
that they are for anti Japan purpose.

China and South Korea are lawless country that judge cases based on
national sentiment, not laws.
If South Korean people say pro-Japan remarks, they are outraged both
privately and publicly in their country. So, South Korean historians can
not show right history. If right history is shown by historian to citizen and
recognized by citizen, both China and South Korea will not be trusted by
their citizen at all. Because it becomes obvious that both China and
South Korea have been fabricating both countries selves-serving history
since the end of the war. Both citizen will find vent for their complaint about
domestic politics and economy in their countries, China and South Korea.
Since both China and South Korea know the above, they continue to gag.
Both China and South Korea are lawless yob countries without
free-speech laws. It is totally absurd that the lawless yob countries
sue Japan for human-rights violation.

Isolating the yob countries from democratic world is the best way for

Background of false statements by South Korean old women
South Korean old women change their reply every hearing investigation.
Information in their reply include their name, date and place of birth.
Girls' volunteer corps recruited for labor were called "delivery of virgin"
in Korean language. Many japanese girls were recruited for labor at
ordnance factories, etc. in the name of Girls' volunteer corps during world
warⅡ. In the girls, Korean were included. The girls were wage-worker, and
not comfort women. South Korean mistakenly recognize that Girls' volunteer
corps recruited for labor equal to comfort women. South Korean Association,
'Korea Volunteer Corps Problem Countermeasure Council' is playing a central
role in spreading false story that girls of Girls' volunteer corps recruited for
labor were comfort women.
Japanese government must raise the problem at United Nations Commission
on Human Rights, (referred to NCHR later) that South Korean government and
the association spread false story in history and infringe human
rights of the Japanese girls recruited for labor, and put the problem on
the world map, condemn South Korean government and the association
for human-rights infringements of the Japanese girls.

It is impossible for girls recruited for labor at ordnance factories
to be comfort women. In addition, South Korean old women speach change
every hearing investigation. Fruthermore, South Korean old women, who
fabricated story and stated, are chosen by the association.
It is apparent how sloppy the false statements are and statements are made
to advantageous to South Korea. The statements are completely unreliable.

New fact 3 -
War-criminal acts made by Korean army during the Vietnam War

Korean army joined the Vietnam War for a period of 1964 to 1973 and
the army was supervised by Park, then prime minister of South Korea and
father of present prime minister of South Korea.
Korean army arranged many wartime brothels for US military forces
in South Korea, and US military forces provided many wartime brothels
in South Korea.

Korean army made War-criminal acts of different dimension completey
from wartime brothel. The following multicide made by Korean army have
been published by South Korean weekly 'Hangyore' (issued on May 6, 1999) on
the basis of documents obtained from Vietnam authorities for a period of
more than 1 year and a lot of on-the-ground research and hearing
investigations of Vietnamese survivors of the Vietnam War:

and executives of the weekly were confined and assaulted by Korean veterans
of the Vietnam War.
Then 20 years old Vietnam woman worked for the base of Korean army in
Vietnam, and was gang-raped by soldiers of Korean army only to be pregnant
The Vietnam woman has given birth to 'Rai-Daihan' and has been having a
very tough time up to the present date.
'Rai' means hybrid, and 'Daihan' means derogatory term for Korea.

About 30,000 'Rai-Daihan' live in Vietnam.
Although wartime brothels provided by various countries including Japan during
wars is not allowed in terms of present value, vicious and atrocious act of
such as genocide and rape of Korean army are war-criminal acts
and can not be absolutely allowed.

A cenotaph for victims of Vietnam War caused by Korean army should
be erected to remember forever the vicious and atrocious act and
to avoid this unspeakable tragedy.

Japanese government should show the reality of South Korea about
Vietnam War to United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in orde to
adopt a resolution for criticizing South Korea.

Korea government are doing foreign diplomacy to tattle to the world about
problem of so-called comfort women who are said to provide Japanese army
with sex service against their will during world warⅡ.
While, Korea government are hiding War-criminal acts committed
during Vietnam War and the existence of 'Rai-Daihan', and are not
yet apologying to Vietnam for the vicious and atrocious act.

should report to the world about War-criminal acts committed by Korean

Autonomous Region) of religion, language and culture, and then has made
its official language and the language of school textbook Chinese language.
Furthermore, when incidents happen, handling for Uighur is harder than
for Chinese. When Uighur is engaged in an incident, China authority
very often identify Uighur as terrorist without suitable investigation.
Uighur suspects in an incident at Tiananmen Square which recently happened
were concluded as terrorist. A son of family of the suspects was killed by
Chinese authority, and the family protested against authority and
car-hit people at Tiananmen Square. The incident is a protest against
Chinese communist party. China has neither human rights nor law nor
justice.

●10 Detail of Brutality of Korean Military
Then Korean president, father of present president, Park proposed
the U.S. that Korea sent Korean troops to the Vietnam War.
Purpose of the deployment of troops were ,through rubbing against
the U.S., ① letting the U.S. accept Korean government under a military
dictatorship, and ② acquisition of foreign currencyby
special demand owing to the war.

Korea sent the total number of 320,000 Korean soldiers to South Vietnam
for period of 1965 to 1973 when Korean military joined the Vietnam War.
Original mission of Korean military was "counter-Vietnamese Communists
operations", but after 1968, its mission was changed to "Villages-zero
people operations". That is to say, its mission was changed to
flatten rural part which most part anti-U.S. South Vietnam Liberation
Front controlled. Its task became blotting out the residents regardless
of girl or child if Korean military found Vietnamese at battlefield.
Korean military did not think them as human being. Korean military
raped all women when finding. They did not rape alone, but gang-raped.
After gang-raping, they killed all Vietnamese women. They repeated
rampage as if the rampage was manualized. Vietnamese have recognized
that Korean military was "mercenary for money of the U.S.".
Korean military have no cause in the war. Korean military was
criminal army for Vietnamese.
Ordinary Korean knew brutality by Korean military at South Vietnam
in 1999 although the war ended in 1975.

① Holocaust at Taibin village of Godai settlement
(It is war-criminal acts which is of completely different dimension
from issue of comfort women and is far beyond the issue.
South Korean must pay for the crime forever.)

Godai settlement of farming village near Quinion, resort area of Vietnam
facing the South China Sea was bloody battlefield where
"Holocaust of Godai by Korean military" was waged during the Vietnam War.
Colorful wall painting is put up at a place where Taibin village,
one of villages in Godai settlement existed. The wall painting shows
inferno such as blazing away of gun muzzles of Korean military soldiers
wearing military uniform, penetrating through body of the village
people by bullets from the muzzles and nude women burned alive.
1004 citizens were slayed in from January 23, 1966 to February 26,
1966. Mr. Guen Tan Ran (62) at Taibin village, who was hit 15 bullets
but miraculously survives, looks back at the times as follows:

"More than 100 foot soldiers of Korean military came to Taibin village
at around 9 am one after another and gathered all 25 households
(65 villagers) together at one place. When the foot soldiers found
adolescent daughter among the villagers, the soldiers separated
the daughter from the gathered villagers and gang-raped her
in front of the villagers. The daughter shoved a gun at by the
soldiers was completely helpless, and was assaulted in turns.
After final soldier finished the gang-rape, the soldier shot
her dead. Witnessing the whole thing, some of the villagers
were furious and tried to attack the soldiers, but were shot dead
on site. The soldiers did not kill villagers at the one time, but shot
villagers dead on several people basis.
My parents and relatives were also killed."
The wall painting is like monument not to forget massacre at
Taibin village. Beside the wall painting, a war memorial is built.
Names of 380 or more villagers massacred at Godai settlement
are inscribed on the war memorial. the war memorial shows the
text which means villagers do not forget atrocity of
Korean military forever.
