International concerns about the likelihood of history repeating itself in
Northeast Asia are not groundless (See Note 2). Because, as in 1894,
Japan is again aspiring for "greatness" through expanding its overseas
military presence (See Note 3).

Japanese government eulogized its acts of aggression as those of benevolence
aimed at "preserving the overall peace of East Asia" against "barbarians and
semi-barbarians". The more devastating Japanese war of aggression
embarked in 1931, was also waged in the name of peace, under the pretext of
building an "East Asia sphere of common prosperity". Even today, Japanese
politicians call it a war of "liberation from white colonialism" even "enlightenment"
(See Note 4).

Prime minister, Mr. Abe's positive pacifism to deter China's
intrusion into territorial waters and airspace ignoring
international laws is backed by all the world democratic nations.
As usual, reporters of Chinese media, puppets of Chinese Communist
Party dictatorship always tell stories easily found
false on the basis of fabricated documents. Unthinkable in
democratic nations, but Chinese and South Korean tell lies
openly without guilty feeling. Telling lies is attribute of
Chinese and South Korean.

Note 2
Complete bias by the reporter of Chinese media who does not
show grounds for the possibility of the histry being repeated in
north east Asia. World democratic nations common understanding on
China is that China is most belligerent which is a critical problem.

All the world democratic nations have been criticizing Chinese
Communist Party for the following repeated provocation ignoring
international law are:

Repetition of intrusion into territorial waters and airspace,
2 times of bombardment of radar to ships of Japan Coast Guard by
ships of Chinese navy, 2 times of abnormal closeness to
surveillance planes of the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF) by
Chinese fighter planes, Repeated ramming to Vietnamese fishing
boat by ships of Chinese navy

The Chinese reporter puts Chinese illegal acts on the shelf,
and makes biased analysis of Asian situation on the basis of
distorted history knowledgement. So, the analysis is a matter
of delusion. Chinese media's bias come from existence of
Chinese Communist Party dictatorship. Unless Chinese Communist
Party dictatorship collapses, ordinary people in China is
not releaved from human rights-disregarding and corrupt society.
From the reasons such as environmental pollution due
to PM2.5、concern about foods due to food fraud and sign of
domestic rebellions, Chinese people are giving up their country
and escaping to foreign countries, especially the U.S.
Poor Chinese people are staying in China due to no money for
escaping to foreign countries. Domestic protest against Chinese
Communist Party will explode in near future, and then China
will fall into a predicament both politically and economically,
resulting in disappearing of nation.

Only China expands military presence abroad.
China's defense budget has quadrupled in the past decade,
reaching 808.2 billion yuan (about \12.9 trillion) for
fiscal 2014, up 12 % from the previous year.
This amount is world 2nd largest following the U.S.'s
defense budget. Japan's defense budget stood at \4.78 trillion
in fiscal 2014, an increase of 2 % from \4.68 trillion the
previous year. As usual, reporters of Chinese media, puppets of
Chinese Communist Party dictatorship always tell stories easily
found false on the basis of fabricated documents.
Unthinkable in democratic nations, but Chinese and South Korean
tell lies openly without guilty feeling. Telling lies is

Note 4
Manchurian Incident comes from maneuver of China and
from conspiracy of three countries consisting of England,
the U.S. and Soviet Union. Japan was driven to the edge of
situation where Japan could not help engageing in warfare.
Chinese media, puppets of Chinese Communist Party dictatorship
have only facile understanding on Manchurian Incident, and
label the incident as war of invasion.

Background of the outbreak of Manchurian Incident is shown
below, but the strongest trigger which caused the
outbreak was as follows:

"China gave top priority to target Japan rather than England for
recovering its interest and set Japan as the goal
of antiforeign nationalism although England owned the most
interest in China before the Manchurian Incident, and then
the other Western powers also supported such China behaviors."

Interest in Manchuria was said to be the lifeblood of Japan
at that time, but was attacked by four countries such as
China, England, the U.S. and Soviet Union. As just described
Manchurian Incident broke out in accordance with the scenario
drawn up by the four countries. (← This is the most important.)

★ When considering the trigger causing Manchurian Incident,
you can understand both both victor countries and defeated
country are responsible for the incident. Japan could not
help engaging in warfare at that time since Japan lacked
resources and the source of energy was blocked.
The world can derive an important lesson from the Manchurian
Incident so that any war may not be initiated in future.

While, at present, Chinese Communist Party dictatorship
distorts history of the Manchurian incident and turn energy
of its ordinary people toward rebelling against Japan and gag
so that the ordinary people can not criticize the
Communist Party for infringement of human rights of its
ordinary people and corrupt politics.
There is no future in Chinese Communist Party dictatorship
because they have no recognition of the already studied
history, always cite wrong history, think wrong,
and are not future-oriented.

Xi Jinping Chinese Communist Party is corrupt administration
without knowledge on correct history.

<Background of outbreak of Manchurian Incident>

In order to get the understanding and support from Europe and
the U.S. about situation where Japan could not help engaging
in Manchurian Incident, Japan suggested the League of Nations
that the League despatch investigating team. But the U.S.
saw "the incident is a threat against authority of
various peace treaties proposed to the Nations in the world
"(Secretary of State, Schimson), and Ritton investigating team
of the League of Nations compiled a report which denyed
independence of what Japan called Manchukuo.
In this stage, Japan had to take choice whether Japan should
approve Manchukuo and leave the League or Japan should
accept the Ritton report and deny Manchukuo. Facing a decision
about the choice wheter to keep Washington framework (
framework of internationa society after nine countries' treaty
of 1992 to hold back Japan's movement into China and to protect
China's interest) or whether to approve Manchukuo, Japan finally
made a choice to approve Manchukuo as the manner of settling
Manchurian problem.
Why did Japan deny the insistence of the U.S. and the League of
Nations? In other words, why did Japan run away from
cooperation with Europe and the U.S. and go its own way?

Four reasons are listed in the referred internet about the
background of the decision.
Only first reason among the four is shown here as follows:

(1)Japan intended to protect interests in Manchuria while
keeping friendly relation with Europe, the U.S. and China
under cooperative diplomacy with Europe and the U.S. which
was promoted by Mr. Shidehara,foreign minister of Japan.
But, China regarded such Japanese attitude as a sign of
weakness, and gave top priority to target Japan rather than
England for recovering its interest and set Japan as the goal
of antiforeign nationalism although England owned the most
interest in China before the Manchurian Incident, and then
the other Western powers also supported such China behaviors.
Interest in Manchuria was said to be the lifeblood of Japan
at that time, but was attacked by four countries such as
China, England, the U.S. and Soviet Union.
It became apparent that Japan could not take effective measures
to protect interests in Manchuria if Washington framework
prioritizing cooperation with Europe and the U.S. went on
under this process.

Note 5
China-based affiliates can not close their businesses due to
laws of China. If China want to break up diplomatic relation
with Japan, it is desirable for Japan. Chinese industry will
be weakened since many advanced parts necessary for assembling
Chinese industrial products can be manufactured by only Japan.
By contraries, Japan will shift its investment from risky
country, China to pro-Japan countries of south-eastern Asia
such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam or Philippines which
are also attractive in terms of market. It means that
damage caused by the breakup of diplomatic relation is
much less in Japan than in China.

22 Asahi Shimbun admits errors in past stories about　"comfort women"

On Aug. 5, 2014, The Asahi Shimbun admitted seriouserrors in many articles on
South Korean "comfort women" issue, retracting all the stories of authorship,
Mr. Seiji Yoshida　going back decades which stories said, "he kidnapped about
200 Korean women and forced them to work at wartime Japanese military brothels".
(See Note 1).

The correction came more than 20 years after the Sankei Shimbun first pointed out
apparent errors in his account in April 1992 on the basis of studies by famous historian
Mr.Ikuhiko Hata.

Hata and the Sankei said there was no evidence supporting his account, who claimed
he conducted something akin to "human hunting" by rounding up about 200 women
on Jejudo Island in South Korea.

All local residents interviewed by Mr. Hata denied Mr. Yoshida's claimes.
Mainstream historians have now agreed that Mr. Yoshida's statements were false.

Before the Asahi Shimbun admits the past articles were false on comfor women,
local people in Jejudo Island and South Korean newspapers said, "There
was no kidnapping of women by wartime Japanese military ".
With all the above information, the ground of insistence by UN Commission on
Human Rights (CHR) and Kohno Speech, that Japanese army carted South Korean
women off to work at wartime Japanese military brothels, were completedy lost.
Report of Radhika Coomara-swamy of 1996 (See Note 2)and United States House of
Representatives proposed House Resolution 121 of 2007 lost their ground of insistence.

Note 1 False report of the Asahi Shimbun
False report of the Asahi Shimbun was that Japanese army carted South Korean women off
at wartime Japanese military brothels during the world warⅡ. The false report was based on
fiction written by Mr. Seiji Yoshida. Follow-up investigation by Japan and South Korea made
clear that his fiction was was false without any facts. Then Mr. Yoshida admitted that
there was nothing akin to "human hunting" .

Note 2 Report of Radhika Coomara-swamy of 1996
"Special report on violence to women" reported to UN Commission on Human Rights (CHR)
from January through February in 1996. The report acknowledges that Japanese army carted
South Korean women off at wartime Japanese military brothels during the world warⅡ, and
recommended Japanese government should pay compensation officially.
The report used Mr. Yoshida's fiction as convincing evidence in determination of facts.
Mr. Yoshida admitted that this fiction was not based on facts and that there was nothing

It means the report has no foundation.

Note 3 United States House of Representatives proposed House Resolution 121 of 2007
The U.S. House resolution demands an apologize from Japanese government for comfort women issue.
The report used Mr. Yoshida's fiction as convincing evidence in determination of facts.
Mr. Yoshida admitted that this fiction was not based on facts and that there was nothing
akin to "human hunting"
It means the resolution has no foundation.
