●10 Detail of Brutality of
Korean Military Item No.10-A and after are shown below. See item No.10-1 on P1 for Holocaust at Taibin village of Godai settlement. A Holocaust at Fonnyatto village (It is war-criminal acts which are of completely different dimension from issue of comfort women and are far beyond the issue. South Korean must pay for the crime forever.) Many Vietnamese were slayed by Korean military also at Fonnyatto village of Quannam province in central part of Vietnam which is about 300 km north from Quinion. Then-14-year-old Tuwan Van Dhieppu (60) has told tearfully as follows: "When more than 100 soldiers of Korean military suddenly intruded into Fonnyatto village early in the morning, I hurried into our house where my parents and 6 year old brother lived. Upset brother threw off our inhibitions, stormed out of our house and was shot dead by Korean soldiers. My parents and I shuddered at fear and anger because the infant brother was killed, but we could not help concealing ourselves in our house. When looking outside from aperture of our house, about 40 villagers were gathered at one place and sprayed with bullets by Korean soldiers. Soon after that, we were found, taken out and my parents were shot dead in front of me. Then, I tried to flee but was sprayed with bullets. Having took a bullet to the right leg, I bumped into the ground, pretended to be dead and could move past attack by Korean soldiers. Korean soldiers torched private homes and burnt down the entire village." 74 villagers became victimized around Fonnyatto village. Mr. Dhieppu shook with anger, saying that I still could not heal an emotional wound inflicted at that time though more than 40 years have gone by. B Holocaust at Hami village (It is war-criminal acts which are of completely different dimension from issue of comfort women and are far beyond the issue. South Korean must pay for the crime forever.) When moving further toward the north from Fonnyatto village, you arrive at a place called "Danan", one of the bloodiest battlefields in the Vietnam War. When going southward about 20km from Danan, you arive at Hami village where 135 civilians were killed indiscriminately on February 25, 1968. It is the place of "Hami Holocaust". Memorial mausoleum for victims has been built at desolate field of Hami village. Beside the mausoleum, there is a gravestone where names of all 135 sacrificed villagers are carved. From the gravestone, 97 women and 57 childeren of 0 to 9 years old can be confirmed. Local people collectively note that bloodshed and destruction are things which Korean soldiers did in the Vietnam War. C Cut off children's heads, amputate limbs and throw the heads in a fire (It is war-criminal acts which are of completely different dimension from issue of comfort women and are far beyond the issue. South Korean must pay for the crime forever.) Korean army's methods of murder is published by South Korean weekly 'Hangyore' (issued on May 6, 1999) on the basis of documents obtained from Vietnam authorities for a period of more than 1 year and a lot of on-the-ground research and hearing investigations of Vietnamese survivors of the Vietnam War. The inhumanity of the methods of murder is especially intense. ●11 Korean military united together with Korean civilian got involved in managed prostitution Stupid South Korean president, Pak must, first of all, crack down on prostitution business of its own country, South Korea, and look squarely at Korean army's atrocity and war-criminal acts which are of completely different dimension from issue of comfort women and are far beyond the issue, and then reflect deeply on the above in order not to repeat the atrocity and war-criminal acts. Prostitution seems to be rooted historically in South Korean society and its nationality. Amazingly, South Korean president, Pak does not seem to understand the atrocity and war-criminal acts and home country,South Korea which prospers from prostitution business. Before criticizing Japan for the issue of comfort women, Pak must look squarely at the above evil conduct of South Korea and reflect deeply. Prostitution business of South Korea is rooted deeply in South Korean society (The reasons are shown below). As long as Pak remains to be South Korean president, Japan should refrain from exchange of politics, economy, culture and others with South Korea. If possible, Japan should break up diplomatic relations with South Korea. <Reasons - Prostitution business of South Korea is rooted deeply in South Korean society> 5 % of GDP of South Korea is thanks to prostitution business. An enormous number of South Korean are engaged in sexually oriented business in Japan. Japanese feel nervous about sexual disease caused by South Korean prostitutes. We do not envisage it as anything else but South Korea encourage prostitution business under the cooperation between the public and private sectors as measures for increasing country's wealth. Under such prostitution-covered South Korean society, if South Korean have common sense, they will not criticize other country for comfort women which is past affair about 70 years ago (during world war U). But South Korean do. It demonstrates that South Korean have no common sense, are selfish and tainted by greed. Mr. Yasufumi Murayama, photojournalist learned from women, who worked for mess hall at the base of South Korean military in Quinion, that they were raped by 4 to 5 South Korean soldiers and got pregnant with 'Rai-Daihan'. Vietnamese women were not only target of rape but also "business tool for sex" for South Korean during the Vietnam War. Many young females among peole, who barely escaped alive from rural part because of Viet Cong cleanup operation, could not help supportimg their family by prostitution. Most of brokers and employers of the prostitutes were civilian South Korean. Total 15,000 civilians crossed from South Korea to Vietnam to ride on the war's special demand during the Vietnam War. The civilians included building constructors, carriers and catering establishment managers. Especially, many of them went in for procurer(or prostitution arranger) for foreigners. Mr. Kazuhisa Ikawa, former Asahi Shimbun reporter who was chief correspondent at Saigon, Vietnam during the Vietnam War reveals as follows: Amusement facilities such as nightclubs, drinking spots, cabarets and hotels, which were managed by South Koreans, were compacted at cities near US and South Korean Army camps. And many of the amusement facilities were for prostitution. It's not an exaggeration to say that significant part of sex entertainment industry were gripped by South Korean. As far as I know, units of several hundred of South Koreans were engaged in such kind of business while only 2 Japanese related with. There was a barbed-wired sex recreation facility at US Army Riche camp located north-east of Saigon. And same kind of sex recreation facilities existed at South Korean Army major field camps. The sex recreation facilities of South Korean Army were secluded from outside world and could not be confirmed. But there is no doubt that South Korean Army treated Vietnamese women as comfort women. At that time, I was invited by pro-Japan South Korean Army official in Vietnam to visit his official residence. There were several girls wearing very short one-piece suit at its drawing room. All of them, who were beautiful and looked 15 to 17 years old, made me felt girl's innocence. Two of the girls sat in both sides of me, and brought food to my mouth. I asked the official from where he gathered the girls. The official artfully dodged my question, and said "You can take any girls you like". They were obviously war refugees. I of course rejected, but judging from the official's attitude, they might be the existence who treated senior military or officials of friendly countries. Korean military united together with Korean civilian got involved in managed prostitution. ★ Affair showing that South Korea is a country without common sense where egocentrism and greed prevails. Ferry, "Seoul" sank off Chindo, South Korea on April 15, 2014 and caused many dead (more than 200 dead as of Apr.28, 2014). The accidental sinking causing a lot of sacrifice is an inevitably happened and man-made disaster. All 15 crew members such as captain, navigation officers and engineers left passengers behind in the ferry, got away from it and were rescued. Initial response is very slow due to social structure of South Korea. It took more than 2 hours until the ferry sank. If the initial response was prompt, considerable number of human lives would have been rescued. We may conclude from this affair that South Korea is not only less-developed country in morals and spirit but also skill-scarce country with egocentrism, greed and disregard for human life. If all crew members of the ferry were given training on security as necessary and acquired skills for maintaining security in the sinking, victims could have been minimized. Corporate culture that invent and create technology is not established in South Korea. Many of advanced technolgies of big companies such as Samusun or Hundai have been acquired with the assistance by Japanese engineers or stolen from Japanese companies by industrial espionages of South Korean companies. ★★Terrible reality found out in sinking of ferry, "Seoul" The ferry company has modified the ferry to add rooms and increase passengers, drained water from ballast tank, carried cargo of more than 3 times over quota, hold cargoes with amateur-quality ropes (even though cargoes must be hold with iron cables) and hold only part of containers with amateur-quality ropes. Crews did not check the holding situation, sailed immediately after the loading of cargoes. Complete disregard of security. In addition, its capatin was leaving ship handling to its third officer. The ferry has not insured against rescue. The ferry company think such insurance should be covered by government. That thought is unbelievable in ordinary countries. Furthermore, training in security, evacuation and extinguishing fire are not conducted. Rescue rafts equipped the ferry with were not used. Is there no social system that crews qualified to handle rescue raft must board ships in South Korea? Maybe there is no such system. South Korean naval police pointed out defects of the ferry, but the police permitted the company to operate the ferry on basis of only report from the company that the defects were corrected without confirming the actually repaired condition. Such permission is impossible and unbelivable in ordinary countries. An owner of the ferry company was chairman of religious body in South Korea. Annual budget for employee training is only 50 thousand yen (500 dollars), that means there is almost no employee training. The owner recommends crews and employees to overload cargoes. In addition, parts such as screws needed to repair have been used without repair under his order. Former employees confess that they would not board the ferry. It is unthinkable in ordinary countries. It is typical for South Korean companies to place maximum priority on profit rather than respect for human life. If Korean government asked Japan for rescue, victims would decrease dramatically. South Korean government hides disadvantages of domestic politics and keeps its administration by continuing anti-Japanese education. So, South Korean government could not ask Japan for rescue. Japan offered to rescue, but South Korean government refused the offer. The sinking has made clear South Korean nationality. That is to say, egocentrism where others' lives are not cared and nationality where priority is placed on making money rather than law. Many severe accidents killing many people such as collapse of a department store and bridge, collision/derailment of trains happened in South Korea. There are more accidents than you can count. You had better be aware of the use of transportation such as airplane, ship, train or bus or buildings. <Reason for reliability of Japanese ships> In Japan, rescue crews to operate rescue rafts surely board a ship. In addition, concession stand clerks or cooks have licenses for operating rescue rafts. It is untold rule of sailors from more than 200 years ago in Japan that captain disembarks the passengers, finally disembarks and shares the fate of the ship. Drills for rescue, escape and extinguishing fire on board ship are carried out several times a year. Ship must take periodic inspection once a year at a shipbilding dock. And ships also insure against rescues. It takes too much repair cost for more than 20 years old ships, and almost all such old ships are not owned and operated. |
