to go from now". 12 Anti-Japan South Korean journal Reference: Article of South Korean journal,"The Korea Herald, Seoul (June 18)" contained in The Japan Times of June 20, 2014 As usual, an egocentric and anti-Japan South Korean journal, "The Korea Herald, Seoul (June 18)" posted the following in The Japan Times of June 20, 2014: Verification on Kono Statement of 1993 will be carried out by Japanese government- commissioned research team. So, if Japanese government annouce that the Statement has been made based on some kind of political bargaining with South Korea, the announcement would undermine the credibility of the Statement (See Comment 1). If Japan announce the the above effect, South Korea will disclose historical document proving the involvement of the Japanese government and millitary in running frontline brothels (See Comment 2). * Comment 1 The Statement has originally no credibility on the historical facts because the Statement has been made out based on ex-comfort women's testimonies without evidence of facts. The comfort women were assembled by South Korean government. The Statement has been made in complying with wishes of South Korean government and out of good will of Japanese government. * Comment 2 As usual, South Korean journal, "The Korea Herald, Seoul" is dreaming without base on facts, with which ordinary people of common sense are disgusted. If historical document proving the existence of the involvement, South Korean government should have presented it a long time ago or at the time of ex-comfort women issue. Such document is not yet presented. South Korean army joined the Vietnam War for a period of 1964 to 1973 and the army was supervised by Park, then president of South Korea and father of present president of South Korea. South Korean army arranged many wartime brothels for US military forces in South Korea, and US military forces provided many wartime brothels in South Korea. South Korean army made sex with comfort women at wartime brothel and further made more cruel war-criminal and unforgivable acts far from such sex during the Vietnam War. Putting the above facts on the shelf and without showing remorse for their barbaric and unforgivable acts, The Korea Herald, Seoul accuses Japanese. The Korea Herald, Seoul is typical stupid South Korean journal. 13 Verification on 1993 Kono Statement Reference: The Chunichi Shimbun newspaper of June 21, 2014 Japanese government has made public a report about result of verification on the Statement on June 20, 2014. ① Trigger of verification on the Statement Mr. Nobuo Ishihara, ex deputy chief cabinet secretary engaged in making out Kono Statement, which admitted Imperial Japanese Army's involvement and enforceability in sex service of Korean women to the Army. Mr. Ishihara has testified before the Diet, "Although the past problems were settled with the Statement, South Korean government raised same problems again and good will of Japanese government is not utilized" (See Comment 3). * Comment 3 South Korean government has been developing very rapidly thanks to cooperation from Japan on finance and technology until now. Despite the above cooperation, South Korean government has not been teaching the fact to the citizen, and has been teaching fabricated history to students of primary schools and universities so that Japanese may be bad. And stupid South Korean president, Park is continuing to talk badly of Japan at the meeings of people of foreign governments (Tattling diplomacy is unforgivable manner - Stupid South Korean president may not know the manner). In addition, putting South Korean Army's atrocious war crimes during the Vietnam War (far more inhumane than coercively served sex by comfort women) on the shelf, South Koreans are erecting statues of South Korean comfort women at the U.S. and the others. When the statues are Vietnamese women, the statues become symbols of Vietnamese women coercively forced to serve sex to South Korean and U.S. armies during the Vietnam War. (Vietnamese have etiquette and do not behave like South Korean. That is to say. Vietnamese do not erect statue of Vietnamese comfort women and do not openly criticize Korean.) Usual practice of South Korean government when being criticized by its citizen, is to fend off the criticism by anti-Japan campain based on fabricated history. It is really disgusting country. Like until now, South Korean continues to lobby the senators, congressmen and the others of the U.S., donate them enormous amount of money and brainwash them so that they criticize Japan on the comfort women's problem. They do not know the right history and are lured by money to come to criticize Japan. Typical example of them is ex Defense Secretary, Armitage. Prostitution of Ex pro-Japan Armitage is due to South Korean lobbying. The prostitution has tarnished his good name and reputation. ② Member in Verification 5 knowledgeable people chosen by Japanese government ③ The how and purpose of making out Kono Statement The Statement was made out by request of South Korean government on the basis of only an interview with ex-comfort women who were chosen by South Korean government. The purpose was to understand sentiment of the ex-comfort women by Japanese side rather than fact-finding, and search for supportive evidence on the interview was not carried out. ④ Coordination of wording In making out Kono Statement, Japan and South Korea coordinated closely on the wording of the apology for comfort women. In the wording, Seoul repeatedly asked Tokyo to stipulate that it forced Korean women to work at "comfort stations" and said Seoul would not demand financial compensation for them. Based on the demands, the wording,"Korean women worked at "comfort stations" against their will in general" was used in the Statement. That is to say, Tokyo gave its attention to Seoul's request regarding the wording (See Comment 4). * Comment 4 Involvement and enforceability of Japanese government and Imperial Japanese Army in comfort women's working at "comfort stations" were not stipulated in the wording, and such facts do not exist. 14 Way for Japan to go from now Japanese government refrain from contacts with South Korean government. When patience of Japanese government reaches an intolerable level, Japan must breakup its diplomatic relations with South Korea. Japanese government must strongly transmit information on Japanese history and culture abroad. Japanese government do lobbying activity at Europe and the U.S. Even if South Korean government ask Japan for help, Japanese government should reject it. Although the U.S. desires the improvement of the relation between Japan and South Korea in the interests of security, it is impossible. The U.S. wrong recognition on history between Japan and South Korea increases churlishness of South Korean. Japanese government must remind the U.S. of the importance of right recognition on history. (American have tendancy of taking someone's side even if they do not recognize right history. So, American lack credibility.) <Reason> American force to Japan assures security of South Korea. Industrial parts indispensable for assembling of cutting-edge home electric appliancess such as smartphone depends on products made in Japan only. South Korean government does not understand its position where it depends on Japan in terms of security and technology. If Seoul makes a fuss to Tokyo, Seoul believes Tokyo makes concession to and apologizes. Ordinary Japanese know that repeated apologies for act of past war to improve the relationship were in vain. South Korean's DNA is not equipped with mind of gratitude and but equipped with feeling of bandit and animosity. In schools, South Korean government do anti-Japanese education. President of South Korea does tattling foreign diplomacy. South Korean government does not stand to laws or promises (Although Japan-Korea treaty settled all the probles including the compensation for workers recruited in a coercive manner and comfort women, South Korean together with their government are seeking for the compensation.) South Korean's lobbying activity has been making American and the other people believe as if South Korean's wrong historical recognition is right. The mind controlled American have accepted the erection of comfort women's statues at the U.S.. Because of this, Local Japanese children in the U.S. are suffering from bullying. The American is very responsible for the bullying. Both the U.S. and South Korean armies must not hide the fact they were doing same act at comfort women stations like the past Japanese act pointed out loudly by South Korean and Chinese. (see Comment 5). Soon people all over the world will come to know South Korean government is a liar just like Chinese government. Then South Korea will be isolated from the international community except for China.
