第５回せと・まるっとミュージアムSeto Marutto Museum

2004年11月13日と14日の2日間、瀬戸市では市内全域をミュージアムに見たてて、
第５回せと・まるっとミュージアム｢大回遊｣というイベントが行われました。
赤津窯の里めぐり(第10回）、水野窯めぐり、品野工房めぐり（第5回）の他に、
中心市街地では、｢ミスせともの｣とファッションモデルを入れたフォトコンテスト撮影会
や｢新世紀工芸館｣、｢ノベルティ・こども想像館｣、｢せとものプラザ｣や商店街でも各種
催しが行われました。　更に、市街地からちょっと離れた、雲興寺、窯垣の小径駐車場
でも、各種催しが行われました。

Regarding all the area of Seto city as museum, an event, the 6th Seto Marutto(* 1)
Museum "DAIKAIYU" (* 2) ＜great wondering about all the Seto region＞was held.
for 2 days on November 13 and 14, 2004,
The 10th Wondering About Kilns in Akazu area, a Wondering About Kilns in Mizuno area
and the 5th Wondering About Kilns in Shinano area were carried out.
In the downtown, photo contest which includes Miss Setomono and fashion model. as
an object was held. Various events held at "Seto Ceramics and Glass Art Center",
"Seto Novelty Children's Creative Center", "Setomono Plaza" and shopping malls.
In addition, "Unkoji" temple and "Kamagaki-no-Komichi" parking lot a little far from
the downtown gave various entertainment.

* 1 "Marutto" is a dialect in this region and means "whole" or "as a whole" or "all".
* 2 "DAIKAIYU" is divided into two words, "DAI" and "KAIYU". "DAI" means
　　"large" or "great" and "KAIYU" means "wander about". So. "DAIKAIYU"
　　means "great wondering".

11月14日（日）に｢せとものプラザ｣の１階で｢瀬戸織部名品展｣を、３階中ホールで
｢窯元によるテーブルコーディネート展　～四季めぐり～｣を見てきました。

"Exhibition of 'Seto Oribe' fine articles"and "Exhibition of coordinating
of table setting by potteries - seasonal changes" were held each at the irst floor and
3rd floor in the building, "Setomono Plaza" on November 14, 2004.

｢瀬戸織部名品展｣では、伝説的な陶芸作家の加藤春岱や加藤唐九朗製作の器が
展示即売されていて、驚きました。

Vessels made by Legendary ceramic artistss "Mr. Shuntai Kato" and "Mr. Tokuro Kato"
were exhibited for sale at "Exhibition of 'Seto Oribe' fine articles", which was amazing.

｢窯元によるテーブルコーディネート展｣では、春夏秋冬ごとに、テーブルが分けられ、
そのテーブルに季節を感じさせる陶器の飲食用器がセットされており、美を堪能
してきました。　様子は以下の写真をご覧下さい。

Tables were divided to respective season. at "Exhibition of coordinating of table setting
by potteries - seasonal changes". Pottery vessels for eatint and drinking which makes
us feell season were exhibited in a set on the table, which beauty struck me.

テーブルセットは、上手に季節感を演出しており、すべてすばらしいですが、一部のみ
写真を撮り、載せました。

Table sets direct seasonal feeling well. All of them were splendid, but photos of a part of
them are taken and shown.
