| 23 Stupid address by Korean president,Park - South Korea is no longer the other side of Japan on negotiation or debate - ★★My Conclusion★★ If South Korea continues to make an unreasonable demand, Japan should cut off diplomatic relations with South Korea. Referring to articles in "ChunichiShinbun" newspaper of Mar. 2 & 5, 2015 and "Shuukan Post" weekly magazine of Mar. 13, 2015, I describe my comments as follows: References are related to Korean president's 96-year anniversary address commemorating "March 1 independence movement"(See Note 1 below). ☆Note 1 - March 1 independence movement The largest anti-Japan independence movement took place in the Korean Peninsula under colonial rule by Japan on March 1, 1919. This is called "March 1 independence movement". 【Park speech】Park, president of South Korea, as usual, gave anti-Japan speech precisely opposite to future-oriented attitude in the address by ignoring the true history on March 1, 2015. 【Park speech】She has spoke that both Japan and South Korea are neighbor who have in common liberal democracy and values of market economy, that achievement of exchange carried out between both countries are supprising. Main purport of her speech are as shown in 5 items below : →Comment: South Korea is not liberal democratic country. 【Park speech 1】 Both countries should be future-aiming matured parter. →Comment: Japan dose not become parter with South Korea because it is unmatured and unreliable. The reason are as follows: ①South Korea is unmatured country which seeks only interests and is full of prejudice. ②South Korea gives preference to its interests over people's life in foreign countries. It is a country with contempt for human rights. For instance, the following significant incidents happen due to no security system for foreign key figures: -1) The U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, Mark Lippert, was slashed by South Korean anti-Japan and anti-the U.S. armed assailant at the ambassador's lecture in Seoul on March 5, 2015. The incident happened immediately after the speech by Mr. Sharman, Undersecretary of State of the U.S. The speech is as follows: "It is easy for a nation leader to denounce the past enemy and please the public. But, such provocation brings on only standstill and does not make any progress." The speech is criticized as "pro-Japan" in South Korea laden with prejudices and South Korea has been covered with anti-the U.S. atmosphere. South Korean media have launched concerted attacks on the common-sense speech. South Korea is not going well both politically and economically now. So, South Korean have sensed that if the U.S. looks sharply at South Korea as anti-the U.S. by the incident of stabbing Mr. Lippert, it is likely to crash. Then, South Korean and its media together have suddenly stopped anti-the U.S. demonstration, and begun to tilt to seemingly pro-the U.S. mood by writing "I am Lippert" on SNS. Park went to see hospitalized Mr. Lippert immediately after her return to South Korea since she has no any ideas on democracy and human rights and she thinks of only national sentiment and its country interests. In short, South Korea is unmatured country which seeks only its own interests and is full of prejudice -2) Same criminal (South Korean activist) attacked Ambassador of Japan to South Korea with concrete pieces five years ago. ③South Korea has took abundanct financial and technical assistance from Japan without taking stance of anti-Japan. As the economy regenerates, South Korea take stance of anti-Japan. South Korea is a country without mentality of gratitude. ④Government of South Korea controls mind of its race with anti-Japan education. So, when speaking in favor of Japan, the person is treated as unpatriotic and is severely chastised ⑤Anti-Japan behavior is found innocent in South Korea even if the behavior is illegal. National sentiments have priority over law. ⑥South Korea is gag and barbarian country without freedom of reporting. ⑦South Korea is lawless country which indict someone by national sentiments and without objective facts, and judge by national sentiments, not based on laws. Mr. Kato,Seoul bureau chief of Sankei Shinbun newspaper of Japan reported the blank 7 hours of Park, president of South Korea based on reports by South Korean newspaper. Then he was indicted for defamation to Park. Seoul administrative court rejected his petition for provisional disposition and continues to bar him from leaving South Korea. When media report about criticism of government, they will be indicted. World democracy do not absolutely indict media for such report. Although Mr. Fujimoto has took post of Seoul bureau chief of Sankei Shinbun newspaper in September, 2014, South Korean government has not yet issued Mr. Fujimoto "foreign press credentials". This credentials shows status of foreign journalists. Usually it is issued in several days to several weeks.The issuance of "foreign press credentials" has been applied on September 18, 2015. South Korean newspaper, Kyogo Shinbn says that some sourses point out that non-issuance of "foreign press credentials" is retaliatory move by South Korean government against Sankei Shinbun newspaper of Japan on defamation to Park. ⑧South Korean say the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011 is divine justice. ⑨Naturalized Japanese (Ex South Korean) woman university professor living in Japan has been banned from letting in South Korea at Seoul airport even though she carried passport with her. She is a profound scholar in law and has right historical view. So, South Korean government feared inconvenient facts are exposed by her and banned her from letting in. If not so, why don't South Korean government oppose in a rational way? ⑩Diet debate is air lived to national television and radio audience in Japan. So, Japanese government faces harsh public criticism. While, in South Korea, diet debate is not lived to national television and radio audience, and also "no diet debate in a real sense". Its government and president are, therefore, not raised problems on its policy or opinion. That is to say, there is no system monitoring government from public in South Korea. So, its government does what it wants, and can hide truth inconvenient for its government. No media nor citizen refer to "no system monitoring government" as the most problem for democracy since South Korean are unmatured race. It is natural that empty Park and politicians can serve a term as president or assembly member. Park does not participate in debate at the diet and exchanges her opinion only in writing. The diet of South Korea has no existence value in view of democracy. Such terrible country is unworthy of partner of Japan. 【Park speech 2】 There is not much time left for restoring honor of ex comfort women →Comment: In the first place, there are no evidence about carting off of women because the cart off did not take place. The issue of ex comfort women including compensation was legally and completely settled with the agreement between Japan and South Korea of 1965. In the agreement, Japan paid money 2 times GDP of then South Korea. Recognizing moral responsibility, Japanese prime ministers applogized repeatedly South Korea for the ex comfort women, and handed the cash and appologizing letter directly to the ex comfort women respectively. Despite the above, South Korea seeks appology and money from Japan. Japan should not express appology to South Korea. South Korean government shall have complete responsibility for the restoring of honor including payment of the compensation. Bandit country, South Korea does not inform its public of its own responsibility of payment of the compensation. The reason are as follows: ①Hearing investigation of ex comfort women shows that Korean procurers are more hateful than Japanese military. Korean procurers procured daughters of poor families and prostitute to Japanese military. ②There are no evidence that comfort women were brought in by Japanese military against their will to provide sex service. ③In South Korea, the word of comfort women originally meant American military comfort women. South Korea, however, changed the word into comfort women for Japanese military for anti-Japan purpose. Korean comfort women for Korean military, American military to South Korea and UN force after unconditional surrender of Japan on the Greater East Asia War which broke out in 1941 is the origin of comfort women. Father of Park was president of South Korea during the Vietnam War, and made and controlled comfort women system for American military to provide sex service. The daughter, present president of South Korea does not refer to the fact. 122 ex comfort women have brought a class action lawsuit against South Korean government for the making and controlling of American military comfort women system. ④Japanese military comfort women were prostitute blandished and sold to Korean pimp by their Korean parents due to poverty. 【Park speech 3】 Distortion of textbooks by Japanese government damages neighboring countries →Comment: Japanese government corrects contents of textbooks based on facts. While, South Korea makes textbooks based on fabricated history for anti-Japan education. Which country is right? Japan is. South Korean government has been unqualified to comment on textbooks of Japan. South Korea must correct contents of the present textbooks based on facts. The reason are as follows: ①Only South Korea and China insist that contents of Japanese textbooks damages neighboring countries. ②South Korea does not face historical facts. In addition, government and private sectors of South Korea fabricates history only to the advantage of its country for anti-Japan education. This shamelessly lying and terrible country is unqualified to criticize textbooks of Japan. South Korea is criminal country defaming Japan beyond intervention. South Korea is barbarian country without common sense. ③South Korea did not win the war against Japan. Japan paid an enormous amount of money (two times GDP of South Korea of that time) as compensation to South Korean who Japan caused trouble in the war. Thanks to Japanese economic and technical assistance, South Korea has made a miraculous economic recovery. South Korean institutions including media or schools do not inform its people of the assistance but inform of only fabricated information for anti-Japan purpose. Naturally, South Korean do not feel a sense of gratitude and have hatred against Japan. ④Although Takeshima island is a territory of Japan legally and historically, South Korea has been occupying arbitrarily without consulting Japan. South Korean madly blame Japan for the fact written on textbooks of Japan. Japan has been suggesting South Korea that the resolution should be left to arbitration of International Court of Justice. South Korea, however, has been rejecting the suggestion because South Korea knows the arbitration will turn against South Korea. South Korea has been trumpeting that Takeshima island is its territory. Therefore, if an correct award of the arbitration were given, South Korean government will lose face. Since South Korean pretense is not based on laws and evidences, it continues to reject being awared at the arbitration. In short South Korea does not look squarely to history nor laws. 【Park speech 4】 Improvement of resident's life in North Korea rather than nuclear weapon →Comment: Park tries to make her look like humanitarian. The reason are as follows: Although Park and South Korean government must prioritize return of all victims kidnapped by North Korea, they make an emotional appeal to North Korea that North Korea should improve life of residents, and they do not show attitude to request the return of the victims. Families of South Korean abductees kidnapped by North Korea rely on Japanese government and private group,"Japanese Association of the Families of Victims Kidnapped by North Korea〔AFVKN〕" concerning the return of the abductees to South Korea. 【Park speech 5】 Quoting the U.S. historian's remark, "History is not to take what is convenient and is not to leave what is inconvenient and not to memorize only what is needed", Park has given Mr. Abe a warning that an expression of history as assailant does not retract in 70th year discourse after the war to be released in August, 2015. →Comment: The remark is exactly applicable to South Korea. South Korea must not come in Japan's discourse. Park should not speack anything if she like to assume the future-oriented position. The reason are as follows: ① South Korea has not told facts consistently after the war, has been controlling mind of its public with its fabricating history, and has been always showing the opposite position to future-oriented one. South Korea has been always criticizing Japan on faults during the past ruling of South Korea. (Many documents show that such faults were done by parties of any other countries who participated in wars). South Korea does not tell the facts that its education and technology has been prevailed and that its people's life dramatically improved thanks to the ruling by Japan. Some older South Korean miss about the ruling days by Japan. If Japan did not rule South Korea, South Korea still remains in developing country. ②Japan has expressed apology repeatedly South Korea for pain its citizen sufferred due to Imperial Japanese Army. Accordingly South Korea has been pushing its luck to blame Japan. Japan shall no longer indulge Resentful and mean-spirited South Korean without futurue-oriented mind. ③South Korea fabricates history and hides all facts inconveniet to it. Ignoring South Korea, Japan should deliver future-oriented discourse towards international society on basis of facts and laws. ★★My Conclusion★★ South Korea is not a country to be argued or negotiated, but a hostile country for Japan. There is no need for top-level meeting of both countries. Japan must not discuss historical and diplomacy issues with South Korea until South Korea looks squarely at history, abolishes anti-Japan education, accepts freedome of speech, and becomes matured, democratic and law-abiding country. Although media must be politically neutral, South Korean media are full of prejudice against Japan. Japan can not expect calm and objective discussion with South Korea and can not gain meaningful result. If South Korea continues to make an unreasonable demand, Japan should cut off diplomatic relations with South Korea. Japan has been treating South Korea too indulgently and too much conceding for the sake of South Korea. South Korea has not been able to understand consideration from Japan, and has become rude. South Korean government has been manipulating public mind by fabricating history to prevent of collapsing of its government. In addition. South Korean citizen group and its government are lobbying Europe and the U.S. with the fabricated history to blame Japan. |
